Membership overpriced

For relatively small size of the community using this app the membership prices are ludicrous. You aren’t getting what you’re paying for and they’re unlikely to attract more users with such a high tag for premium.

This is the first app that has encouraged me to open up about my STI
The support from other users as well as admin monitoring for any negative comments has brought more confidence and the feeling of “normalcy”

Disappointing

I cannot ascertain my email verification code whilst registering, I have contacted support to no avail and have discovered your web site isn’t in operation and new registrations are not possible in the app. This is a shame I truly see the value in your service, and it really could have helped me and many other Australians
