Good Stories/Time Consuming Getting Coins

If you want to listen to any of these stories, you can only get approximately 7 episodes for free per day. However, after a while this reduces to 2! You can watch a whole heaps of ads to get more coins but this is excessively inconvenient.
Furthermore, if you choose to watch 7 ads, for instance, to get 1 episode, if you get stopped at anytime, for any period of time, you WILL lose those ads you have watched and will need to start again.
Also, even if you contact the company, they will apologise and reason and give you nothing for your feedback or complaint!!
I will listen to the story I am currently on but I will delete the APP if it doesn’t improve.

Reader beware

I started this about a month ago. Listening to saving Nora. The storyline is so ridiculous I laugh about how silly it is and how often the story completely changes . A 25 year old who is a master at everything I mean apparently the only person in the world who can do these things. and 5 year olds that are geniuses. But I like the sound of the narrators voice so I listen.
I have been unlocking using the “watch adds” feature. As no way would I pay for episodes on a never ending story. (It has increased from about 1.5k episodes to over 2k episodes since I started , and increases every single day. But for the last week I’ve watched over 40 adds with no reward. As it glitches after you’ve watched about 4 of the required 6 or 7 and you have to shut down. Loosing all coins. It asks for “feedback” but instead takes you to some game hub / fun fortress you can’t get out of. Basically you watch 7 adds you get about 7 minutes of listening. When it was letting me actually get episodes by add watching. Some would be only 4 coins but would only get 4 minutes of listening. And it also limits you to how many free adds you can gather coins from.
Overall I wouldn’t waste my time again. If the had a paid monthly subscription or you could buy all
Episodes for a set amount I might reconsider. But I’m not sure if saving Nora will ever end. And goodness knows how many hundreds of dollars it would cost.

Coins Vanished Without a Trace – A Bittersweet Experience

It is a compelling platform that fosters the love for audiobooks and podcasts. I found its content repository impressive, abundant with a diverse range of genres to satisfy any listener's palate.

However, my experience was dampened by an issue that arose concerning the application's virtual currency. Upon the completion of a week-long subscription, which included a top-up of 200 coins, I was flummoxed to find that these coins had inexplicably disappeared from my balance. A review of my purchase history confirmed the addition of these coins, yet my balance indicated otherwise. Furthermore, the absence of any transactions in my coins usage history left me puzzled and frustrated.

This unexpected disappearance of coins from my account negatively impacted my overall experience with the app. It's disappointing to face such an issue, particularly when there is no clear explanation or trace of where my coins have gone. While the content and usability of Pocket FM are commendable, this incident has raised concerns about its reliability and transparency.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for the future betterment of the app, helping to ensure customer trust and satisfaction in the long run.
