I play on an iPad so I need wifi to play the game, that’s a problem for spinning poke stops and gyms. This means I run out of everything very quickly: berries, potions and especially pokeballs. I would really appreciate it if you could make it easier to get lots of pokeballs other than spinning poke stops. I’m pretty young so I have to ask my parents to pay for games and they have never said yes, so that rules out pokecoins and like I said before, I can’t get close to any gyms to put my Pokémon in to gain coins.Moving away from running out of pokeballs, every time I click on my profile in the game it says that the adventure sync is unavailable. I have turned this on multiple times to get it to stop saying that and when I go offline, unless I’m in the app it doesn’t track where I’m going. Even if I am in the app when I have no wifi, it doesn’t count the km I walk towards eggs or candy. This was difficult because I was trying to get a Charizard which is 100 charmander candy. I eventually managed to get one, but it was pretty difficult. When I go in settings it says that Adventure sync is on and I get notifications from my iPad asking if I want to continue letting the app have access to my location all the time. I don’t understand what’s happening.Other than those two problems, I really love the game and enjoy playing it multiple times per day. Thanks for making a really great game, guys. Love what you’re doing and I can’t wait for the next update.

Hey, thank you niniatic for the amazing game it is soooooooo good I love it from the in world locations to the cool Pokémon everything is amazing I would Definitely definitely recommend this game to everyone who has a phone it is very good but there is a problem I wish I wish could be solved that is to be able to trade shadow Pokémon even if it is for a one day event this would be the biggest thing for me and the entire Pokémon players if this opportunity was added that means that people could get Pokémon with unbelievable ability’s like a Shiny max Iv lucky shadow event possibly Pokémon of there dreams this would make everyone for me and all my Pokémon community friends this would bring back people that gave up and people who quit I bet so please please I will plead and plead for this addition in the game other than that thought and vision the game is perfect but if Pokémon go had this feature it wouldn’t just make the game the best game in the world but the only game I would ever play same with the other 156 people that agreed with this addition in thought so please please add this and I and all my friends an family would be so happy and would love every aspect so other than that this is a very very good game for all people who have a phone would definitely get this game on my next phone as well so please download this game it is great and please add it thank you again for this amazing game and best of luck to all players with future events and community days!!! 😄😄😁😆😆

Niantic I really like your game Pokemon go but unfortunately there is some issues that need addressing these issues include - the game randomly crashing on older devices this issue is quite frequent - The game not showing avatars properly on some devices the problem is that the skin is all black and all facial features are missing on all avatars - The game crashes when the Pokédex is being viewed for to long this problem occurs on all devices even brand new ones it typically will crash anywhere between five to ten minutes of having the Pokédex open- The games support system has some issues the issue is that the help bot is faulty and can only help with minimal issues the support system’s pre-existing help articles are rather limited but that is to be expected as most companies have that same issue although when you try to email the help team via a search engine such as google or safari the support needs to know what the issue you are enquiring about is although the box to put this in has only two options and it is a required field and you cannot get help without picking an option the two options are only to delete account or to appeal a ban or account termination unfortunately when sending a help email all reply’s also appear to be coming from bots and this is a massive issue as it seems as though the email is not even being read

The major issue with the game are the parts inaccessible to those below level 45 and who are playing without a bunch of friends they can meet up with for the 3 plus Raids to get top battle ‘Mon and gym take downs/then holding it long enough to earn coin. And living post in this post Covid world 1. Accessibility without close contact with others should be essential. No one past high school is running about in a group and for many of us it’s just not safe. The remote raid fix for this is a farce - you’re limited to line of site gyms, can’t send an invite to others to join you in the raid or gym take down and your mon do way less damage. Ive never been joined by others through the games mechanism. Plus I’m level 30 and still don’t have a wide enough variety of mon to be very successful PvP. Now they’ve taken away the 1500CP and less PvP to replace it with only mon caught this season Niantic is clearly trying to punish those who don’t have high CP Pokémon and it’s pointless doing much more than swinging discs and catching everything you see if you’re under level 40. Which REALLY slows down level gaining kinda locking you in catch 22. Not beginner or middle friendly at all. Some lower level leagues need introducing and Niantic needs to concede to the need for increased remote features for Raids and Gyms.m
