How to Join a Remote Raid using PokeRaid?
- Make sure that you have a Remote Raid Pass
- Find an Active Raid Room and Join. Friendship code of the host trainer is copied to your clipboard automatically.
- Open the game and add the host as friend
- Notify other trainers when you are ready, return to the game and wait for a raid invitation
- Join the raid battle and beat the boss!
- Thank everyone in the room and give a rating to the host.
How to host a Remote Raid using PokeRaid?
- Find a raid around you and take a screenshot of the raid
- Create a Raid Room in PokeRaid and upload your screenshot
- Wait for trainers to join your room
- Return to game, accept friendship requests
- Notify other trainers when you are about to start the raid battle
- Start the raid and invite all trainers and beat the boss
- Don’t forget to thank to your guests and give their ratings!

Bad update
I have been using this app for a long time and never had a problem and now since the update whenever I try to upload a screenshot of the current grade to host it tells me that it has expired which it clearly hasn’t
Why
I know I have great internet but this app acts like I don’t have any, first of all whenever I try to join it always comes late and greets my saying this raid is full. Furthermore the auto join feature cost real money if you want to get it fast, what truly annoys me is that the auto join would probably be as insufficient as everything else. The PokeRaid coins are a stupid idea of currency knowing that this game already makes revenue off of young children only trying to have fun. I wouldn’t recommend this app because a lot of other apps are definitely more useful. PokeRaid, if you see this, get rid of currency and make your game easier and quicker to get on Pokémon GO and play with people around the world. These changes will definitely earn your app more money and downloads.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. No one has to use PokeRaid coins to join a room. When there is a high demand for a single Pokemon, and fewer rooms are created, it becomes a bit harder to join raid rooms than usual. Also, PokeRaid is free to use. You can earn coins by sharing PokeRaid on your social media accounts and entering the app every day. After the 7th day, you earn 50 Coins each day you open the app. Thus, you can use all of PokeRaid’s features without any money. You can reach us via in-app feedback for all of your questions. Good for hosting, bad for joining
If you plan to host a raid, this app is great and gets the job done. I have been able to host raids pretty seamlessly. And now for the “but”, and it’s a big one:
If you’re planning to join a raid, it’s basically a waste of time unless you’ve built up a coin balance from hosting raids or you pay for the coins with real money.
Their auto join feature pretty much kills any chance of joining a raid unless you choose to spend coins, which the majority of the time you will need to buy. On top of that they show ads as well in the UI. As cool of a utility app this is, it is a bit on the cash grab side.
