POLICE FIT is a Victoria Police product designed to assist applicants to prepare for the Victoria Police fitness test as part of the recruitment process.
Start by watching what’s required in the Victoria Police fitness test, then choose the program that’s right for your level of fitness.
All programs are specifically designed by the Victoria Police, Physical Training Unit to assist applicants to meet the requirements of the Victoria Police fitness test.
All you need to get started is the POLICE FIT app, some open space and the motivation to succeed! The app will help you measure your progress and provide some great nutritional tips along the way.

Love the food
The recipes that the app has are amazing, I’ve been slowly making them and have loved every single one. The exercises in the fitness section require quite specific equipment and a large space making it difficult to do at home.

I just found this app looking at the Vic police app and had an overview of it and it looks dam great love the recipes and maybe join the police 1 day if not the army :)
