Pooltrackr 4+

Awesome app

I’ve been using Pooltrackr app for a few months and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The app is very intuitive and makes managing my business tasks a breeze.
I love the ability to schedule appointments and view real-time updates on service requests. The inbuilt payment options are convenient and the customer support is top-notch.
I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service management solution.

Dare I say, perfect!

This has been amazing at helping us get our business in order and the guys were legends making sense of our messy customer records. Hands down, best experience and hugely assisted our business in growing.

Poor and falling apart

It’s a shame because when Pooltrackr works, it works great. However after every update there is a new flaw that holds up work for everyone, sometimes stopping work for the day until support can rectify. Like it would be expected if this was a beta but it’s not and business should be able to reply on this costly program. We were promised so much OVER a year ago in terms of continual improvement but still yet to be seen on the desktop, the apps recent ‘cosmetic’ changes dwarf the issues we faced. Would seriously think twice before depending on this program.

Hi there, sorry for the delay and to hear you're having issues. The new web version has been rolling out for the last 12 months. The final rollout group will receive an email next week about timings.
