LOL, nice try. Negative 5 stars
It’s a negative 5 star no from me. DONT BOTHER. Offering a subscription of $15 per week is so out of touch with reality, especially since this type of service is available for free online. The head of the team needs to be removed and put someone in with big picture thinking. Is he too young with lack of experience on what people need right now? Did the team not think of the 100s of other better ways to remunerate rather then trying to force a weekly payment out of the user knowing it’s free to do online. There’s a big missed opportunity here; with the right approach, you could be building an extremely large user base and create an incredible user experience. Unfortunately, for you it’s clear you are driven by short-term gains rather than the potential for real growth. Trust broken in first 15 seconds of using it. You’ll never win me back.
Are you kidding?
It’s a tracking app but you have to pay to use it. Yes, it’s supposed to track your parcel regardless of who is delivering it. But at that cost, I’ll just use the individual service provider apps which are free.
