Great app with amazing features - best with iPad Pro

Love this app and have been using 12 months or so. Have upgraded old iPad Pro because it was struggling on videos with 3 layers and more than 3-4 minutes but the new Pro copes well. Only strong suggestion to developer is to allow iCloud synch if possible. I now work on iPhone, old iPad and the new iPad but because there is no synch I am limited to the device I start a project on. Would be great to synch. Another good feature would be to be able to check the source location of video clips so that if the clip gets moved and therefore doesn’t show in PowerDirector then at least we can check that location and replace the file to that location to recover the project. Thanks!

I used the app for years until they charged me twice for renewing my subscription. There was confusion about a trial period, appearing as if i wasn’t subscribed. Then when it ended the app was restricted & my payment hadn’t been processed… yet. So I bought the app & was charged for 2 purchases. Which caused confusion between my bank, Apple & myself. I just use cut cap & ticktok for editing now.

To be honest this is one amazing editing tool until the latest update versions . I was getting comfortable with all its amazing features.. on the 10.6 then the 11. Suddenly the new updates have broken the transitions between clips (not impressed) they were smooth now it skips sound and picture , also the speed up times 8x use to be smooth .also skittish fix this problem please. I like the 10.6 before the new update, i had to delete this app several times to see if it’s anything my end , I’m paying subscription because this app is amazing..

I’ve been using PowerDirector for the past few months and for the most part it’s honestly pitch perfect. The only downside is the audio quality isn’t great. If you must record audio for your videos than I’d advice recording it through a different app. Save your audio files to ICloud and edit the video on PowerDirector. Aside from the audio problems PowerDirector is absolutely fantastic. The video quality is up to standard and there’s well arranged wide selection of background music to choose from.
