The hardware product seems to work well however the app is not good. Not only does it give no indication of the settings to the tens unit, selecting the exact same program/setting produces different stimulation. Seems inconsistent and I suspect it’s from some bad coding. There is also no way to manually set stimulation frequency, pulse width, etc. either, so you are limited to the inconsistent programs which provide no information about what settings to expect. The blog articles are thrown together with no information on how to best use the product for pain relief or other scenarios. The app would be 100 times better if it were just clean and simple, didn’t attempt to have a program for everything, let me manually set all tens parameters, and gave good guidance on settings and pad placement. I wouldn’t recommend this product with the app in the current condition, and as a health product, it worries me that the stimulation settings are buggy.

After paying $700+ for the product. Which required the app to run it. One would hope that the APP does its job. However, It loses the Bluetooth during sessions, between sessions and takes FOREVER to pair again. I would say this product is a total waste of good money. However the unit itself is good. I just don’t have the time to spend so long problem solving with the app. I’ve tried it on several phones too. So it’s not me... it’s you! It should be plug and play! No option to do manually either. Considering sending it back! Bummer I was really excited about it!
