Mobile banking
Shame on saying’ A grade bank. Can’t even make online transactions or fonepay when needed. It is so embarrassing for me to line up in a queue to make a payment and won’t work. Disappointed.
Inconvenient and irrelevant app
Charges us for service and the service is slower than 2G. I am always struggling with this app, there is always something going on when i want to do the transaction.
Cannot transfer money between account
Worst banking app I have ever seen. I could not transfer money to other bank account. How can you be so irresponsible in the service you provided?
