Pray as you go is a daily prayer session, designed for use on portable devices, to help you pray whenever you find time, but particularly whilst travelling to and from work, study, etc.
A new prayer session is produced every day of the working week and one session for the weekend. It is not a 'Thought for the Day', a sermon or a bible-study, but rather a framework for your own prayer.
Lasting between ten and thirteen minutes, it combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection.
Our aim is to help you to:
* become more aware of God's presence in your life
*listen to and reflect on God's word
*grow in your relationship with God
It is produced by Jesuit Media Initiatives, with material written by a number of Jesuits, both in Britain and further afield, and other experts in the spirituality of St Ignatius of Loyola. Although the content is different every day, it keeps to the same basic format.

Daily comfort for the soul
I love this app. I’ve been using it for over 4 years in its different forms as well as their other resources such as Soundcloud. It’s the first thing I do after I wake up - get a cup of tea and listen to the daily podcast. The special festival podcast are excellent, too. I see other people complaining about it not opening - I haven’t had this problem at all and I listen on my iPhone. If I have an internet connection, the app works. Maybe their OS is simply outdated? But the app works fine.
Buggy Home Page
I have used this app before. At the moment I am having trouble accessing the home screen. Keeps saying at the top of the screen internet connection lost and then internet connection restored. Just flicks between these but can’t resolve. I don’t believe it is the internet connection because other apps and sites are working fine.
Hope it can be fixed!
Doesn’t work on iPad...
Why is this app still on the iStore when there are so many reviews saying it doesn’t work since the update? I downloaded it and, sure enough, it does not work on my iPad. It loads and then a message flashes up on the top of the screen saying ‘Internet connection lost’ then ‘Internet connection restored’ and then back to ‘Internet connection lost.’ This repeats for a few seconds then it gives up and sits blankly doing nothing. This has nothing to do with the internet connection as I just used the pray as you go website instead. And it worked.
Please fix this as it is a great app when it works.
