Premonition - NowGo 4+

Good app, small glitches

I have used this app a couple of time now, I have had a mostly positive experience though during setup I was able to choose a default maps app for each route but I can’t seem to find where to change it and no help button I can find in the app. FAQ was unhelpful also.

Initially 18+ months ago there were a few minor issues, but with each new update, the app has been getting better and better. I like the slightly modified list appearance where each step is clearly labeled a pick up or a delivery. Now if I could just get our distribution service to change the two pages and 15 induction/safety check questions at the start of every run down to just one check answer with a larger tick box would make using the app faster and easier. (If us drivers don’t confirm yes to any of the checks, the run details won’t load, so it’s either all or none. Not the app creator’s issue, just how our supplier keeping tabs on us has set it up.) Liking the app more and more over time. An option I would like to see added is the ability to email the completed run list and delivery times, as I have to manually read through and transcribe the times at the end of the run. I like the ability to email run manifests to myself, as I use them to fill out a spreadsheet so I know how to load my truck, before I have even left home. This has mad truck loading, load planning, and deliveries so much more efficient.

NowGo has the ability to configure the safety check questions, if possible please raise this with the dispatcher or depot manager to assist - if they require any further assistance please request them to reach out to our Support team on support@premonition.io.

Regarding the ability to email the completed run list with delivery times, I have passed on this great insight to our Product team.

Always sending to wrong location!

The app always places a marker on the house as opposed to the road out side of the house, thus telling me to go 15 minutes in the wrong direction (must assume that’s the way to get there and forgets there are fences between houses). When I add the addresses manually in google maps it goes to the right location however the directions button on the listing usually sends me 10-15 minutes off course. Maybe engineer it to type the address not the coordinates.
Otherwise a decent app.
Please improve ASAP.
