Focus is junk, look for dash cam that does want it’s suppose to, the only this this product does well is take up space and a constant reminder of a useless item, I pay useful $$$$, get useless junk.

If genuine cannot be acquired, only use Samsung Pro Endurance

Brand new car and for $3000 extra efocus 10 prime dash cam installed for it to play up constantly!
Has not saved any dates or events and can't access any footage whatsoever!
Buying an LDV.....dont I repeat DONT get the extra dashcam it's an Absolute scam!
