SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Please note, you will need a subscription in order to get access to some features of the app. The subscription will be automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within a 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your iTunes Account Settings. When a subscription is canceled, access to the features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

A subscription really?
Firstly just wanted a scan, now you trying to sell me on a $100 subscription as a person who barely prints… when it’s time for a new printer or scanner I will go somewhere else is it not bad enough how much you all charge for ink now you expect me to pay for software that supports your hardware… weak not all of us are massive corporates that can just throw money at all of life’s problems. This should be a subscription service stinks of greediness. Still don’t understand why I’m expected to pay for software that should come with the hardware, this is a grift and your software didn’t help on top of it used another “Epson” app don’t know what kind of circus is being run there

Dishonest and Deceptive Practices
I own a wifi supported printer and initially i was asked by the app what printer i had. When entering the printer initially i was told it was supported and as such i subscribed to try the service only to be disappointed to not find my printer in their list of supported printers. I personally have no issue with this would have just liked to be told in the beginning that it was not supported. The act itself comes off as very deceptive and feels like nothing but a cash grab.
