Build and Manage a Maximum Security Prison!

Build and Manage a Maximum Security Prison!

Escape from reality but not from your custom-made jail! Prison Architect: Mobile challenges you to build and manage a maximum security prison, from laying out cell blocks and inmate facilities, to managing staff pay and prisoner morale. From layout to execution (literally, in some cases), you are the architect, the warden, and the enforcer.

Prison designs will include basic necessities like cells, canteens, guard rooms, and infrastructure, but players can also include features like solitary confinement, workout areas, and even an execution chamber. The tablet version comes with enough to get started, with additional story-driven campaign chapters and more features available as premium content.

Prison Architect: Mobile includes:
- Build and manage a prison to house a variety of different prisoners
- Juggle inmate needs with security concerns, infrastructure, and the ever-looming budget
- Follow the story in Campaign Mode to learn new prison-building techniques and get to know life behind bars through a series of cutscenes and objectives
- Unlock more Campaign chapters with one-time purchases
- Violent Offenders: Manage different types of criminals and keep control through floods, fires, fights, and full-blown riots

Introversion Software, developers of critically acclaimed games, bring you a new mobile version of their award-winning PC hit. Together with the master strategists at Paradox Interactive, Introversion's Prison Architect: Mobile will provide you with enough challenging fun to last an entire life sentence!

Plays great with an Apple Pencil

Chances are you’ve heard of Prison Architect considering it’s been release everywhere else. PA Mobile is essentially the pre-expansion PC game before Double Eleven developed the PA Console - So if you were hoping for the expansion packs on the Post-Paradox Interactive PC and Console editions have, it’s strictly vanilla with no Escape or Warden modes. Otherwise, it’s the empire management/dungeon keeper-esque experience players have come to know and love. The takeaway for PA Mobile, is that it plays intuitively with the Apple Pencil much like using something like a WACOM tablet on PC.

So if you’re looking for an edition of Prison Architect with one of the user experiences and don’t mind lean a vanilla content offering, twenty-odd AU$ spent in the alla cart menu isn’t a bad deal.

Great, but…

Actually quite relaxing. Have had to look a lot of stuff online: more in game information would be great. Would also be good if prisons could hold both sexes - that would have additional challenges. The few bugs I have encountered are fixable. The mobile version has been left by the wayside when it comes to dlc. The stories/scenarios you can buy aren’t worth the purchase, in my opinion, as they play like an expensive tutorial. The fact that the mobile version of the game doesn’t have the additional content dlcs lowers the game’s length and replay value significantly, as it limits the way you can run your prison - which is sad, because it is a great game. I love how everything interacts with each other, and figuring out where along the line a worker/guard etc has been blocked from doing something - and the design element is great. We just need the extra content. All in all, this version of the game leaves you wanting more, but being unable to get it - buy it on PC, if able, as the only thing worth buying on this version of the game is the architect mode… the rest can be left to rot. Please, Paradox, give us the extra dlc.

Also, I had completed all of the story chapters, except for the last one. When I opened the game up, again, it had relocked the last story chapter, and didn’t register that I had completed the chapter before it.

Compatible with more devices

This game is so good and I like the way that if you played it on the computer you already have an understanding on how it works and how the game runs.
In problem is I got it on my iPad in the first week of it on the App Store and I liked the way you could play parts of it without needing the in-app purchase but after a month I deleted the game as it took up too much space. A few months later I decided that with the money I had earned I would buy the in-app purchase but when I went to download it, it said that my device was not compatible with the app.
I FOUND IT A DISGRACE that I was unable to re-download the app because a new version didn't allow me to. I was very confused that I could not re-download it after I already had on my iPad a few months earlier. PLEASE CHANGE THE GAME SO I CAN RE-DOWNLOAD THE APP.
Even though I can not re-download it I know that it is a good game and I would have given it 5 stars if I could re-download the game.
