Unable to access cámara away from home

Same issue as mattyB camara was working ok now I can’t access if am not at home on wifi.
That was the point of the camara so I can check my home when away

App no longer works outside local wifi

Was working great until the past couple weeks. Now only able to access camera when on the same local wifi network. When I drive up the road and try to access via the app it now shows ‘Device Offline’. Never had this problem until recently. I have completed a full factory reset on camera, did a HD card format, wifi router total reboot and still not working. Maybe ‘Pro iCam’ needs upgraded script?

UPDATE: Now only works intermittently even when on the same wifi. No response from developer yet on how to fix it. Rating changed to 1 for this reason.

As most others have said, it was working great until recently and now won’t work unless I’m on the same wifi (ie in the same house) which makes the whole system pointless. Have contacted the developer and will see what the solution is. Has anyone contacted the developer and had a solution? Curious to know what to do 🤷‍♀️
