Freezes and not good reports.

Froze my computer within the first hour, I had to force quit and lost work. Does not do detailed reports for tax time. I requested refund within 2 hours of purchasing but it was declined. I should of done a bit more research and found their free trial before I wasted my $50.

Great for people managing multiple rental properties

I set up all of my properties/tenures etc while using the Trial version of the software. I enjoyed the software so I then bought the full version. Its a great tool to help me keep on top of rent payments from my small portfolio of properties which I manage myself.

Great and Unique App

Great app, author very responsive to suggestions and working on a 'Rent receipt' function.
Very good if you have only a few properties.
Searched high and low for alternatives but cannot find anything like this for ease and simplicity..

Thank you so much for your feedback. I moved into a friends house when I was 17, and tried to manage rent using a spreadsheet. After a few months, it was a complete nightmare to manage. So, from that experience, was born this app. I'm glad you are finding it useful.
