It’s alright
Great vids, good to keep track of weights but as a user I find it frustrating not being able to create workouts if my trainer hasn’t. Would prefer not to need to go into existing workouts, find what I want in order to record weights then into another and another.
Glitchy and not user friendly
I really wanted to like this app after doing a lot of research before committing.
My clients aren’t fond of how complicated it is for them to access their programs. Having to swipe through every set even when its an exercise where they don’t need to record reps and weights is time consuming and is frustrating. It also has issues loading in gyms where the 4g signal is low and Internet is only accessible through the gyms free wifi.
On the back end it’s over complicated with too many steps involved in set up. There are regular glitches and the customer service is prompt but unhelpful. The customised app was a waste of money.
I really wish it had lived up to the promises they’d been made.
Constantly having to reload due to errors
While this app is great for tracking my calories and progress and training. The app constantly crashes and I’m finding I need to continually reload or reinstall the app to get it working. U guys need to get this problem sorted soon.
