Needs work and regular maintenance
Please update your timetables! Get someone to check the information for the South Morang train line, it is wrong more than 50% of the time!!!!!
This is complicated, doesn’t present the information in an intuitive way and is regularly incorrect or hasn’t been updated. Probably reflects the standard of public transport in Melbourne as a whole which is pretty rubbish most of the time.
I wish the PTV website linked to this rather than the "official" app. This one does what you think you want that one to do.
Struggled with the other for at least a year, found this by accident and it's taken an hour to set up every frequently travelled route - train, vLine, bus, tram the lot.
Slightly awkward to set a fave "stop" (full routes are easy!), but it's achievable with a little patience. Hoping it prompts me to update my offline timetables, but it's so much easier to use than the official I'll cope if it doesn't - first time I miss a train will be probably trigger me :)
Not sure what’s worse!
Not sure what’s worse trying to rely on the train timetables or using the app to try to know the train timetables, why bother having a timetable anyway!
Just depart when the train is full. 0/10
