Hi Tim, the game was glitchy when I first used it (freezing and crashed a bit) but not sure if this was something to do with my actual phone rather than the app because after a while the app worked fine. Just to let you know there's a glitch where if I died I closed the game (completely closed as in double click and swipe up) when on the "game over" screen, when I reopen the app I don't restart at the beginning of the game but at the beginning of the last level I was up to. I used this to restart on levels where there are lots of coins and could build up coins without having to buy any to beat the game

So many memories! This really does mimic the original so well - love it, thanks. And my kids are enjoying a piece of my childhood with me!
Couple of things that kept me from giving 5⭐️... mainly that the A and B buttons are too far apart - not tragic on my phone, but horrible on the iPad.
The other is just that the Janken games are all left out which is such a big part of the original. But this is "Punch Kidd" not Alex the Kidd so...

Love the retro game!
It would be cool if there was sliders for music & sfx because the sfx is way louder than the music that it can sound a little irritating but other than that, great job with porting Alex kidd from scratch but it’s hard to slide under, I always died at the castle when the poisonous water comes down :( I am thinking about the in app purchase and it’s great that this app is still getting updates after 5 years later definitely worth the money
