Pylot is a flight logbook for pilots who'd rather spend ten seconds logging a flight than ten minutes wrestling with spreadsheets or paper books.
Tap +, fill in the bits that matter, save. Done. Your totals update. Your widgets update. Your other devices update.
WHAT YOU GET
- Every hour category the regulator asks for - single engine, multi engine, ICUS, dual, PIC, co-pilot, instrument flight, instrument sim, instruction sim. Day and night for each.
- Tags. Use them however you like - type ratings, airline checks, whatever helps you slice the totals later.
- Date range filter - All Time, This Year, Last Year, 12 / 9 / 6 / 3 / 1 months, 90 / 28 / 14 / 7 days, or pick a custom range. Filter applies to the entry list and the totals at the same time.
- Totals you can tap into - the total number, then tap any of them for a breakdown by category, day vs night, ICUS/PIC vs PIC.
- Breakdown tables by aircraft type and by tag, so you can see at a glance how many hours you've got on each.

YOUR DATA, ACROSS YOUR DEVICES
Pylot uses iCloud. Sign in on a second phone or an iPad and your logbook is already there. Log a flight in the cockpit on your iPad, see it on your phone
when you land.
You can export a full backup at any time as a .logbook file - save it to Files, AirDrop it to yourself, mail it to your mate, whatever you
fancy. Tap a .logbook file later and Pylot will offer to merge it in.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We don't have a server. Your data lives on your devices and in your own private iCloud database. We don't see it, we don't analyse it, we don't sell it. There's no account to make, no login, no subscription.
