Fails to update daily steps.

I like everything about this app except for the fact that I miss out on points due to having to lower my goal almost daily to get any points despite having achieved my goal.
What happens is, I will make a goal of say 16,000 steps. Every night at around 9 pm I check my total and then adjust if necessary to meet my goal and maximise points earned.
If I’m close to my target, say for example 15,800 steps I will go for a short walk, even counting the steps taken just to be sure I meet my target, and then wait for it to register. Waiting, waiting, waiting. I exit the app, turn my phone on and off, play around with targets and still it fails to update.
On most occasions it fails to register the new steps so I have to lower my goal back to 14,000 or I’ll miss out completely on the points earned.
The next day however I’ll then get a notification saying I’ve actually done over the 16,000 which I know I have done, but because I’ve had to lower my goal I’m only rewarded for 14,000.
This is almost a daily occurrence and is an annoyance as I run a few times weekly and often achieve big numbers but am not always rewarded for the full amount.

Good Health & Great Rewards

This App is an essential part of my overall personal health management system. And the Qantas Willbeing App rewards me for doing it. Qantas Health Insurance is my health insurance of choice & this App gives me extra Qantas Frequent Flyer , Reward points for every step I take. I focus on my daily step count and exercise to improve my health & longevity. The App is very well designed, intuitive &.easy to use, is well supported & provides easy access to Qantas Health Insurance, including claims and policy claim history.
Get yourself a Fitbi, track your steps and start getting rewarded with bonus points on a daily & Weekly basis or every step you take! Highly recommended!

Recent Update Syncing Issue

Since updating this app 3 days ago, the Qantas Well-being app no longer automatically syncs with Apple Health. The only way I can update the Well-being app is to either log out and back in again or turn off and on again the steps toggle in the data source. I don’t know if anyone is having the same trouble, I have reported the problem.

UPDATE: Since reporting the issue, I was promptly contacted and provided with assistance and a resolution to the problem. I was really amazed with the pro-active approach and support I received - Well done!

Developer Response ,
