Unable to log in
The app and service is a great idea. I love that I can easily browse media prior to my flight. However, the best features are unavailable as I’m unable to log in using my Booking Ref No and Surname. ‘Failed to add booking. Unknown error occurred....’. I attempted to contact via the App Store for app support. But it directs you to the Qatar website contact page and there is no option to select App as your query. Whilst I could select one of the other options I can’t imagine I’d get a response prior to my flight tonight. Hopefully something can get sorted for my return flight! :)
Useless
I can’t say if the app is good or bad because it crashes every time I try to use it.

Doesn’t work on iPad
Works on phone and it’s great,iPad on the other hand it doesn’t work
