The most useless app I have seen in years
The app crashes multiply times when any attempt is made to open it. None of the features mentioned in marketing communication appear anywhere. And the digital key function - my main reason for accessing it - does both in ing when one is requested.
Needs a revamp for booked stays info
It would be great if the Reservations section also showed the Room Type booked as part of your upcoming stay.

Absolutely useless . The digital key doesn’t work and the app crashes constantly
