Update of the App is Another Spectacular Failure

Oh boy. I am steaming mad to once again need to write this. Another update, another impossibility to gain access to my purchases. Horrible, awful and disgraceful support for this magazine and two others. All interconnected I am sure, after all I cannot see three different app developers all being miserable at sending out updates that work. I cannot think that I will ever trust you guys, especially after a similar thing happened a few years ago where we lost older magazines with an “update”. Someone needs to get their act into gear and get this sorted. It is awful customer service!

EXTRA NOTE: Had proof of purchases requested before they would restore back to 2017. But not to beginning of at least 2015. So not fixed. Still ripped off of two years of magazines.

Can’t download pattern

I have been a digital member for 1 year and paperback for longer. I really enjoy the magazine but found with digital copy my log ins have trouble so can not down load patterns. Was told I can buy the pattern separately. No thank you. It should come easily downloadable with my subscription. You can download magazine easy but with out the patterns what is the point of purchasing it.

Currently download not renewing iTunes purchases

Have just updated the app and unfortunately iTunes purchases are not being restored. Have followed all the directed listed in the app and nothing seems to work. Very disappointed. This is now the second time this has happened when updating a magazine app via iTunes.
