It’s a 9/10 from me. The one minor prob is the Malbourne Alle instead of Melbourne Elle pronunciations but that I guess is no ones’ fault but their educators.

I have been using the app pretty much since release. It has lots of great features, etc

But I can’t believe that people aren’t reporting the massive instability in the app

Worst is ipad. In using the app for 20 minutes looking at form, it will guaranteed crash multiple times

iPhone is a little better but still crashes very regularly

Also, on the 12.9 in iPad, none of the rendering is correct in the news, with text off the side of both pages

Honestly, fix up the phone app and abandon the iPad. Then put more resources into the website for features like black book and get people using the website on the larger devices. Being locked to portrait mode is a pain in the proverbial on the larger screen anyway

Service, info, video, on demand. All great. Quality of tech - very poor. To point, I tried to submit this using app support in the app but it is hard coded to use the Apple mail app, not the default mail app on the phone. Just zero attention to details

Most recent upgrade has wrecked what was once a great app. As example horse stats now not updating and missing races, video has lost the go back 15 secs button and form is not as in depth as it was (try finding out if a horse has wet track form). What they don’t understand is this app is not used to actually bet, but their infatuation with pushing all corporates odds for this upgrade has made the user experience much worse. You need to go to the TAB or corporates to do the form properly, which then makes this app much less appealing than it once was.
