Where unacceptable behaviour occurs, it is important to speak up. The tools in this app will help you to prepare for a Cup of Coffee Conversation (CCC). A CCC is an informal discussion with a colleague, which aims to raise awareness and prompt reflection. This app complements the RACS Operating with Respect course, and includes the following: -A useful framework to assist you in preparing for a CCC -The ability to undertake a self-assessment, post-CCC -A bank to store helpful scripts and phrases -Access to additional resources
