I think this app is user-friendly, and makes daily booking more accessible with the notifications. What really stands out is the responsive support team, with online chat feature, support team always reply quickly to my posts, whether it’s about a technical issue or more detailed question, the team is always helpful. I’m grateful knowing that there’s a caring team behind it and support me continue to bring best practices in childcare.

The design of this app is very stupid! After swiping left, the app will be stuck on a page with only the Raw Talent icon, and there is no way to return to the previous interface. During the operation, it often stays on the same page repeatedly because it cannot handle multiple clicks correctly. It is not user-friendly at all and is not a qualified app at all.What's even more outrageous is that when grabbing Shift, it clearly shows that it has been assigned, but after two hours, all relevant information, including notifications, disappears out of thin air, which makes people feel extremely confused!In short, this is a very difficult app to use, and the experience is terrible! I hope it will be optimized as soon as possible, otherwise it will really be unusable!
