This game seems unable to recognise a stalemate
In the case of 2 kings alone on the board, the failure to decalare a stalemate is only a minor problem. However when the CPU is a superior position, the defending player is allowed to avoid checkmate by repeating the same 2 moves, from check to check, repeatedly without the CPU being given a stalemate.

Too hard, even on easy, only got to stalemate. Not given any chances to avoid checkmate. Isn't very fair, cannot win at all. The 'thinking time' for other player too short to allow a bit of planning for better moves. Dis-satisfying and depressing for a reasonable player. You just want to give up.
