What is Single Touch Payroll
STP legislation requires you to digitally submit employee payroll information to the ATO every time you complete a pay run. Compatibility issue on Samsung A50

Hi team just bought a new Samsung A50 and app doesn’t seem to work on it at all . I can get to the sign in page and after that it just keeps loading . I have checked all the permission settings and tried deleting and reinstalling the app . Could you please advise what can be done to fix this issue ? I previously used this app on Samsung s8 was it was working perfectly fine and still does .

A joke of a program

Seriously having nothing but issues with this program!!!!!
I keep getting decline by ATO and have to constantly create new pay runs in order to TRY and fix the problem as an adjustment still gets rejected and therefore problem is unresolved. I have done nothing differently. There are no changes made to the pay run. I’m seriously considering a new program, the support and help is a joke. I guess they’re trying to push you to pay for the full version of the app to get there help cause there’s no help there otherwise!!! I got this program cause it was listed and recommended by the ATO site now I feel like reporting the issue with the ATO to remove its recommendation

Hi, can you please provide us with details of the specific reasons for your STP submission being declined by the ATO? Tapping in on the declined submission should give the reason the ATO is rejecting it.

No support, constant bugs

This app has been an absolute nightmare. There is no real support for the free version, only the „community“ page. I’ve posted problems and questions and just can’t get an answer. The app is now not working for me at all since after the latest update all my details were lost and I can’t comply with the ATO‘s requirement to report the payrun, because Reckon won’t fix the bug. I rang the phone support, but they won’t help, because I’m using the free app. Wish I’d never used them in the first place!
I got a reply to this review asking to email reckon and I have now sent 3 emails and not received a single reply and the problem is still not fixed. This is so unprofessional.
