How do I use this?

I don't understand how to use this. There are only pre-recorded videos to edit. I can't even screen record! There was no button to screen record.

Horrible!!!

It wouldnt even screen record... Do not get this!!!

Besides, We want to attract you here: To staring with the Record.TV application, please follow some steps:
Step 1: Open the App and then Tap on the Red icon at the bottom.
Step 2: Tap on the "Start Broadcast," then your Recording started.
Step 3: Tap anywhere to record your screen.
Step 4: Tap the Red Bar in the top devices to stop Recording.
Step 5: Reopen the Record.TV application. And tap the screen to adjust your Record.
