App-alling
This app is next to useless. You cannot shop in the app. At Perth Airport you can only shop on site. The app does not update after you make purchases at Perth Airport so you do not know how many points you have. You have to contact Customer Service, email copies of your receipts, and then they do it manually. Customer Service appears to be in Brazil!
HOWEVER - they told me by email that there is a new version of the app that “will soon be released”. I hope so.

Please note that you can request your missing points directly from your app when you go into your profile / My points and purchase history. Looks convenient but features aren’t working
Great idea initiatives here, but some features aren’t working. Can’t add card to wallet, when selecting the card quickly flashes and disappears. Some pages won’t close - have to shut down the app to close page.
