Below average in comparison

This app has poor functionality in comparison to other takeaway outlet apps, can only order large combos of meals and the “offers” are simply terrible, very repetitive and more targeted towards delivery only options which isn’t why I use the app. No decent deals for pickup option and if there is deal it’s only 1 option for long periods of time. Better off with other takeaway apps if you’re using this to order.

Not great. Would rather pay a bit more and use UberEats

Pretty ordinary App. Not all stores in the local area are available as options on the App, even though they are already on UberEats. The store available in my area is at a large truck stop and they have a reputation for being pretty slack even when ordering in store. Quality of food is really hit and miss, which is surprising as it’s not usually the case with RR. Orders are delivered by DoorDash drivers and they are notoriously terrible. There’s a reason I refuse to use DoorDash. Order always late, the drivers seem to just sit there for 10 minutes after they have collected the order (no idea if this is accurate though). Could be a DoorDash issue, but still not good enough. In many cases there is no price difference between ordering via UberEats and the RR App. I’d rather pay a small delivery fee with UE’s and get food from a RR store I know won’t stuff up my order, take 3 times longer, and deliver cold food. I’ve submitted feedback and complaints before and never had any response from RR. What’s the point in having feedback functionality if RR don’t follow up. Won’t use the App ever again.

Order wrong

Every time I do a mobile order they get it wrong. I order red rooster twice a week. And paying about $40 each order.
And I’m always missing meals from my order or they get my order wrong.
I’m never making a mobile oder again.
There is no way to ask them to correct the order after it’s been delivered.
They should have a customer feed back once the order has been delivered
