Best filters

I have tried ALL the real estate apps and this is the only one that has a filter for UNfurnished only (most just have furnished only, and leaving that off returns both) as well as a maximum distance (km) from suburb searched. It also shows walk score, which is invaluable as someone who doesn’t drive. The only things that would make this better - none of which are standard for any app/website I’m aware of - would be the ability to
1) filter price increments <$50, eg. I could go +$15 from my ‘ideal’ max for something really great but the closest $50 includes a lot of results I can’t afford;
2) see past date available instead of just ‘now’ (granted I haven’t gotten to older listings yet so will edit if shown);;, and;
3) hide any unit/apartment listings from results based on a given street address.
Admittedly, other than a couple with $25 price increments, I am not aware of any apps/websites with these features.

Awesome site

I’m finding many rentals and I have just found one perfect for me. Love the long lists that keep me hoping and loving the site. They help people with loans for rental bonds and that as well which is very helpful for people. Utility connection is easily sorted here too with gifts offered. It’s a great site and I’m enjoying it. I’ve filled in my resume and look forward to finding my rental.

Poor support

App says that it typically takes 4 hours for your payment to be set up and registered. They forget to tell you that if your agency doesn’t currently have rent pay, then it will just sit in pending until you try to get in contact with them. Interesting because my rental agency showed up as I was setting it up.
Funny... it’s literally impossible to get ahold of them on the phone like they suggest. Spend 3.5 hours on hold, and multiple hours at other times over a couple days. Tried to leave voicemails (as it suggests) and line goes busy. Sent an email which was replied to, and was told that they would get in touch with my agency to get it set up. Never heard back.
Tried to remove my credit card, and delete the account. You cannot remove your card, nor can you delete your account.
What an absolutely terrible experience. I’m sure some people have a great experience using this; but if you have issues, don’t expect to get any support.
