Having a Airport pickup makes it easy, the service counter was great.
The car was spotless and full of fuel( not like some others)
On Return we parked the car and thought we had to drop keys back to counter but we again had service above and beyond our expectations. They actually ran after us and took the keys(after confirming who they were) saving us a long walk back!

I rent a car for 6 days and put an estimated time to pick up my car because you know when you are in holidays sometimes you don’t want to rush so I go to pick my car 3 hrs later (cause was at 8:30 the pick-up) so before going to get my car I decide to call the car center and they told me they cancel my reservation because I didn’t arrive before 30min of the time that I put as my check in (something really stupid considering that the car was payed already for the next 6 days) and more because they don’t even call me to beware me about this. So in rental place they told me to talk directly with the app assistance n they told me this is just like a flight ticket if you don’t arrive in time you lost everything.
DEFINITELY NOT recommend this rental service app they don’t care about the costumers and they steal your money if they can.

Will never book with Rentalcars again. Booked a mystery car which was shown as a five seater five door with Ace Car Rentals. Arrived to pick up our car only to find we were allocated a Kia carnival 8 seater which was way too big considering it was only my son and I travelling. We were then offered a RAV but had to pay an extra $83 which I was told people do all the time as their mystery car is generally the Kia Carnival. This is not only false advertising but ends up being more expensive than other car rentals I could have chosen. I voiced my dissatisfaction with Ace when I returned the car and told somebody would contact me but never heard a word back. I then contacted Rentalcars with my complaint but they responded saying there was nothing they could do.
