Mo steps, mo money!

Getting actually money for exercising more, brilliant. "Game-ifying" fitness apps like This and Zombies Run have helped me lose 8kg and I get paid for doing it.

(Developers, please please please make this app more stable when collecting data. Like other reviewers I have uninstall/reinstall the app at least once a week. It should be an app that I only need to check once a week but I find myself checking it multiple times a day in worry that my steps aren’t being recorded.)

Complete rubbish app

I have been a member of Rest and used the app for many years. Until recently I had no problems and enjoyed the extra functionality of the app vs the website (eg super calculator etc). I changed jobs last month and when trying to access the relevant information for my new employer I found the app had logged me out and I could not log in again getting messages like “something went wrong, please try again later” or that my details were wrong/not identified. I have now spent over 2 hours in calls to Rest to find out why I couldn’t log in. The lovely people I spoke with were as helpful as they could be but could not figure out why this was happening. It’s ridiculous! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing changed. I have the latest software on my phone as well. It’s enough to make me want to change my super provider. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

If you are unable to log in using your First Name, Date of Birth and Postcode, can you please try logging in with your MemberAccess details, by pressing the blue "sign in here" letters, at the bottom of the sign in screen.

Good just needs to be working better 24/7

I’ve been using the app for a year now & find the app works well 70% of the time.
I like how I can check my super balance without logging into the main site but I find the benefit side to be the down fall of the app. It doesn’t always link correctly from Strava or Apple health when you exercise which makes you miss out on the $5 voucher for the week(happened a few times now) due to not getting the 100 points for that activity. Also the app fails to open the voucher sometimes when you go to use the voucher at Woolworths which is annoying. Just need to fix these faults/bugs & the app would be 5 stars
