Great in theory but in practice it’s clunky. It gets temperamental when I try to shop online and sometimes loses my whole cart for no reason. Can’t get the review function to show up for more than a few moments so I can’t review any of my purchases. Please fix this so we can use all the functionality that this app would otherwise have!

For a brand that isn’t cheap, you would think that some money would be put into making a usable app.

The navigation randomly disappears on the screen, moving away from the app completely clears the page and goes back to the loading home page (which is so slow and annoying to wait to load each time).

It’s just a really really poorly made app that feels like it technically ticks the box of an app, but is not even as useful as a simple webpage. Wish it was better so it could be used for shopping more.

There are so many issue with this app from massive delays when you click on anything, to the fact that when you scroll through different images of the same dress the app inexplicably zooms in each time (and its so difficult to zoom back out).
The videos just don’t work at all and when you return to the search page after looking at a dress it bumps you back up to the top of the page instead of where you left the page.
Honestly you’d be better off using the browser on your phone - it’s 100x better.
Would have expected so much better from this brand. Really disappointed.
