Riddlord: The Consequence 4+

The graphics are pleasant for this app and the puzzles are challenging but not particularly engaging. The glass box puzzle was an absolute nightmare because the 3D controls were a mess and kept flipping seemingly random sections when I moved even a tiny bit. The storyline also needs development. It’s a bit superficial at the moment, although I think the developers are probably aiming for mysterious.

I have been looking for something since I’ve already played the majority of games out there at the moment in this style.
Kept me interested, both my kids liked to sit and have a go.
Some puzzles super easy, some a bit more tricky, I liked how you could skip a puzzle after so much time trying to solve it. Only did this twice. I really hope the ‘to be continued’ is genuine and you do have another in the works.
Because I will be eagerly awaiting the next instalment. Thanks again!

Did not finish. Like other escape games that have more intuitive clues and logic solving, I found the mechanics of some puzzles (especially the glass cylinder puzzle) far too frustrating for a mobile game. Thankfully there was a skip button for that one. The puzzles required too much trial and error as opposed to applying logic in order to solve. Graphically, the makers have done a wonderful job of creating a beautiful atmospheric landscape but unless huge improvements are made to puzzles I’m reluctant to return to this franchise. Also waiting so long for a hint that is quite useless did not soothe my frustrations
