Need a more streamlined system to get a refund

I only down loaded the app to get a refund for faulty “ride”. Called the 1300 no for a refund, was told to download the app. Downloaded the app, no option for a refund. Called the 1300 no again, asking for a refund, got told that by downloading the app I’d get a free ride (I guess they assumed, I’d be happy with that instead of a refund). Still waiting for the refund. This company seems like a scam, assuming most people due a refund wouldn’t bother with the fuss - two phonecalls, downloading an app and searching the app for the non-existing refund option - normally I wouldn’t bother either.

Best App Ever!

I’ve been using this app consistently since downloading it, and it has made life so much easier when I’m out and about with the kids. It’s a real game-changer for finding and managing kiddie rides. We did encounter one issue where the ride wouldn’t connect, but I called their office, and they resolved it right away. Excellent customer service and a must-have for parents!

Didn’t work for me, lost a customer with me.

Finally Signed up after three years of just paying with my card.. no free ride on sign up like promised. Entered my daughters birthday in and it’s supposed to have 5 free rides.. one free ride came up.. looks like it connected to the ride but then pressing the start button on the ride did absolutely nothing. Abit sad for kids looking forward to extra rides on their birthday. Especially considering how much I have spent on these overpriced rides over the last 3 years. I’m really over it, I’m not going to use them anymore.
