Had to pay twice - just use a ride share
Even though we were there early, the taxi claimed we were a no show (so I was charged) after he left with my adult kids. He then charged them at the destination. I raised a service request in the app twice with no response.
Doesn’t work with international numbers
Impossible for people with international cell phone numbers to use the app, so a lot of missed business there!
