Very good app
This is a very useful and handy app. It's quick and easy to use. The fact that agents don't respond very often is another issue. App itself is so easy to use, you can relax and think about your search rather than how to use the app.
Could be so much better...
Easy to use but I'm not entirely sure how their mapping system works. Properties clearly miles outside my defined radius appear in searches, which is rather frustrating. Limited options for refining ones search, too. I'm only interested in period properties but have to sift through countless new build/modern rubbish to find anything worth viewing. Would be a significant improvement to add additional search refining options: e.g. land size, period, bathrooms.
Great app. Just misses some key features
Great collection of properties for renting and sale. Also mentions great amount details about the property like street view, neighboring schools, last price change etc. My only problem with the app is that I can’t book a viewing through the app. Nor can I see which all properties I’ve booked a viewing for along with the dates.
