Designed specifically for community sport, Rookie Me Play provides a customisable solution that will revolutionise match day. The app will enable users to gain access to tools and features used by professional teams. It is designed to suit all teams; from under 8 through to open age. Our aim is to eliminate paperwork - digitising all game day roles. Great support and upgrades

We’ve only used the app this winter season for yr6 footy as a trial. There has been a lot of learning and the app has been continuously improved along the past 12 weeks. The initial setup and working out how to use the app when off-line took some time, and aspects of the app that we don’t use often, like adding or removing players after the game has started is still causing some brain issues, but overall the app is quite user friendly, it offers GREAT opportunity for lodging a game scoring, interchange etc - all the stats you could wish for, and most importantly of all the support team has been next level helpful and generous with their time as we have come up with questions. Because of this we’re able to use the app beyond our yr6 requirements simply because it’s fun (for the boys) and easy to track.

There is a lot about this app that I like. It is generally easy to use and tracks game time very very well. However, it has a couple of weaknesses that should be easy to fix but just aren’t. First, I like to set up my “event” (i.e. match) early in the week. However, if players become unavailable before the game (which often happens on game day in junior footy), you simply can’t remove them from your team sheer. You have to wait until the game starts and then put them in the injured list. Which is simply non-sensical - it makes no sense to me why you can’t remove them from your team on the day. Second, and most frustrating, is when you need to change the players on the field. If the opposition loses players and you need to “even up” with, say, a 17 v 17 or 16 v 16 match, the app won’t let you adjust mid game. The suggestion is to put players in the opposition team bucket, but that prevents you having them in the right position on the ground for you to look at. These things should be an easy fix, but they end up making the app a pain to use on match day. Today, when the opposition change the number of players available, I had to give up on the app and return to using a magnet board and paper to track rotations. Please try to fix these things so I can love your app more.

You can move a player to ABSENT before and during a game. 2. Changing number of players on the field in-game. I recently had the opportunity to try out the "RM Play" app on my iPad and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The app is beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and has a plethora of features that make it an essential for any footy coach/enthusiastic.One of the things I love about this app is its personalized experience. Upon opening the app, I was able to select my favorite teams. I was able to easily setup and strategize for upcoming games effortlessly.The app also offers live monitoring during the game, which is a huge plus for me. I was able to record all the smallest activities happening during the game and they are all automatically saved into my account.Another feature I found particularly useful was the app's advanced analytics features. You can look at the numbers to understand so much more about your teams.Highly recommended!
