Great but free hints for video false

The graphics in this game are amazing and the puzzles varied. I can tell a lot of work has been put in, and it is one of the better room escape apps out there. Unfortunately, apart from a few grammar errors that impact making sense of the storyline, you cannot get free hints as promised from watching the ads. This feels a little false and hopefully should be fixed ASAP. However, the fact at least one hint refreshing over a period of time is a nice addition.

It’s bordering

Just want to say thank you for your efforts in providing us with this free game. I admit I’ve only just begun. The graphics are good and puzzles so far are entertaining. But it gets a bit frustrating when you find an area but are unsure what is needed or how to fix it or when you get an item and don’t get a clue as to where your supposed to use it or even tell us what it is.
E.g dresser with the clock that sits on top in the lounge room has a white screen? Or lock? Can press a button but other than thatI’m not certain what I’m supposed to do with it
OR the (I’m assuming paper bag? Or invitation? With the eagles on the front. I gather I need to add something to it but again no idea what
Also being able to continue accessing puzzle areas after, I believe, the have been accomplished keep me second guessing as I’m not sure if there is something I haven’t found or completed yet
If these could possibly be included it would make the game a lot more enjoyable as you guys seem to have put in a great effort with the details, puzzles and storyline.

Naming of items would help, more words in general as iPhone is small and it’s not always easy to identify items, instructions for mini games would help too, definitely worth a play-for more info I’d give⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
