Unusual Value

Not one for writing reviews, but this app and the team behind it deserve an accolade. I have been using RosterBuster for many years and have made many requests for features and pointed out bugs. In every case the responsiveness has been second to none. The app is constantly improving and adding features, certainly many I don't use but with 10s of thousands of subscribers the team is obviously always trying to accomodate all requests. This is a quality product in action - always trying to improve and be the best it can be for its subscriber base and its purpose. And unlike many apps nowadays, its annual subscription is perfectly reasonable.

Very poor App

This app has historically been great for me. I have been a subscriber for about 7 years. Commencing in December 2021 various issues have arisen. Errors with synced data, subscription links failing with repeated resets required. I have reported via their customer service email and have had mixed results. Since early Feb this year I have been unable to sync my roster or see previous events/duties on my calendar. I’ve updated the app, tried other devices, reconnected the link and reported it to the help desk. Initial response was that they would investigate. I’ve subsequently sought feedback from the help desk with my emails going unanswered. Extremely frustrated and disappointed that what had previously been such a good product no longer functions and that their customer service is so poor. I will never renew my subscription and would advise finding a different app to import your crew rosters.

Great app but..

I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now and I loved it. It’s pretty much accurate and shows details of the aircraft, crew, arrival gates and terminals and so much more!
However, the only thing that is a major flaw for me with this app is that it keeps logging me out or going “offline”. It keeps logging me out and having to put in my details again, it’s not that bad but it sure is very annoying and frustrating especially in a rush and seeing that you’ve been logged out and having to stop and put the details in manually again.
I’m not surprised seeing it log out again and again and it sure does make me use the app less and less which makes me want to remove my subscription as I’m not using it as much as I need to
