Clear, easy and appealing design!
I have a few improvements to suggest:
1. Ability to set start of week to Monday when looking at the month Roster. I’ve mixed up shifts multiple times because of this issue.
2. Notification badge alert (at top left) clears upon opening the page. Rather than having to click each notification individually to clear.

Easy enough
As an employee, it’s easy enough to use. The only thing would be that it would be great if it showed you your clock in status.
Sometimes you forget whether or not you’ve clocked in/out/break, so it would be to see if you have

It would be great to be able to see if you have clocked in, are on a break etc. I sometimes think I have started a break and then can’t tell
