Description

Secure your heart in a few easy steps

RscMe monitors changes of your heart rate using data from Apple Health. You receive a notification if your heart rate exceeds your maximum heart rate or drops critically low.

A text message with your name, location, and heart rate will be sent to your selected emergency contacts when your heart rate is too high or too low (paid feature).

RscMe is an easy-to-configure application. You can set up the app within a few clicks on your iPhone. RscMe monitors your heart rate in the background. You do not have to open the app to use it. Your iPhone just needs to be connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi/mobile) in order to send an emergency message.

When you experience symptoms of heart problems, you can immediately check your heart rate on your Apple Watch with the RscMe Apple Watch app.

Download RscMe: Heart Emergency SOS and get your heart under control!

Why is the min and max preset?

Please make these editable. I had to make myself 125 years old to make my max alert to trigger at 120bpm.
It’s a little bit useless since my putting real age sets the max to alert at 188bpm. I’m probably already dead before that triggers.
Thanks

New changed make this less useful

I have used this App for bradycardia alarms for some time. The rate alarms were able to be controlled by the user as it followed what alarms you set in the Health App.
Now the App sets it’s own rate alarms.
I now have a Carer and we use this App to notify of low heart rates. But my medical team would prefer to receive a text at 45bpm and be able to try and help me before CPR required at 40bpm. This is no longer possible since the recent update
Please consider changing the rates back to what the phone user has set in the Health App. Leaving the rates at critical levels only will save less peoples lives as won’t give enough time for an ambulance to arrive if called by the person texted. It was 5/5 before this changed.

Max heart is fixed and cannot be changed

Read the fine print before purchasing. Max rate is fixed according to a formula.
