The only feature this app provides is uploading a photo to make a claim. If you compare this app to other health fund app’s, the other funds actually give you payment options or current & remaining balances for particular benefits. This would give us more incentive to know what we are entitled to and also easier than calling every single time to enquire how much I have left on my extras. This app is pointless. I’m hoping that now with the financial backing from HCF, they could assist in getting RT Health’s app to be more beneficial to their customers.

Recently joined. App has no visibility on what extras are in my health policy, what are the limits and what is remaining? Something easily available on other health apps. Very difficult to log in and update and change first time password. The app should also remember me on the device. Very clunky, and difficult to use.RT health also has a great lifestyle rewards program. But there is no link or information about the lifestyle rewards program on the app.

Went to the dentist recently didn’t have my Rt health card so had to get a receipt. Submitted the claim through the Rt app such an easy process. Got my money back very quickly
