RT Health 17+

Needs improvement.

The only feature this app provides is uploading a photo to make a claim. If you compare this app to other health fund app’s, the other funds actually give you payment options or current & remaining balances for particular benefits. This would give us more incentive to know what we are entitled to and also easier than calling every single time to enquire how much I have left on my extras. This app is pointless. I’m hoping that now with the financial backing from HCF, they could assist in getting RT Health’s app to be more beneficial to their customers.

CANNOT USE APP!!!

same as previous review. The ‘add photo’ prompt remains on screen and won’t allow you to add or take a photo to send rendering this app useless!!! How ridiculous that you promote this app on your website to members and add it to AppStore without checking if it even does the most basic and essential function 🙄 update two weeks ago to fix bugs???? What a joke. You need new IT people that have half a clue. My son would do a better job!

We’re very sorry to hear you’ve had issues with the app. The problem you’ve described is related to an incompatibility with the latest Apple IOS update and the app. This has been resolved in the latest app update but you may need to remove the app and reinstall from the app store as some devices have not received it automatically. Kinda pointless - way behind other funds

No features in the app. Will log you out every single time.

The only “feature” is to log a claim and view click history. I’m not even able to upload a pdf. Photos ONLY.

Other apps for health funds allow for tap and pay functionality and additional claiming options.
