Description
For app users, Capra delivers event information in an easy to use format with richly detailed course maps that work superbly even offline.
When you first open the app you'll see event "collections". Collections are bundles of curated event information including excellent detailed maps that work offline so can form part of mandatory gear. New Collections can be added to the app library by simply scanning a Capra QR code, clicking one of our smartlinks or searching by title in the app. Capra information is easy to share between friends, family and fellow participants to keep everyone in the loop and if you get into trouble there's emergency lat/long to share your location with emergency contacts.
For event management teams and race directors, Capra is the content management platform that makes it easy to create and update event info that can be viewed on websites and in the Capra app. Teams use our QR codes, website embeds and Smartlinks to quickly share the Capra info.
The Capra app uses background location to guide people outdoors and we use notifications to send you helpful information such as course updates. Please note continued use of background location may decrease battery life.

A must have app!
Capra is the most efficient, effective and practical app for exploring new trails, staying safe and for designing your run training calendar (if you are a runner). Its full of detailed information (parking, elevation, mileage, difficulty etc) And it’s easy to use. The flight mode option saves your phone batteries and literally saves your life when you are stuck snd lost somewhere in the woods with no wifi connection. Capra is brilliant and everyone should have it installed on their devices!

Very intuitive and clean platform lends itself to easy navigation on the first use. A great depth of trail options, information, and map co-functionality. Such a helpful tool, will be using it very regularly to search, explore and guide.
