11/10

I adore the Rusty Lake series. I started with the free ones, the first nine, I think, of the series, and am completely hooked. The story is so original and intriguing and unlike anything I’ve tried yet. I didn’t expect to like the puzzle aspect or to even end up paying for the three premium games but I did. I’m so stoked for whenever the next one comes out and I would 100% recommend this series to everyone. One nice thing I really like is that the games are usually long and that the puzzles often require thought and creativity, but without being extremely difficult or mind challenging!

Highly recommended, worth the cost

Despite the Biblical themes, the most pagan of their games yet, a beautifully macabre twisting together of nature and human nature at their earthiest and darkest. And it’s just a small screen puzzle game, so quite an achievement to get this much atmosphere in. I don’t usually buy games but this is definitely a worthwhile series.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback and appreciation! Creating an atmospheric experience is something we strive for, even within the constraints of a small screen puzzle game so your comment means a lot to us!

Bit of back and forth

I'm a big fan of the Rusty Lake series, and whilst the challenges in 'Paradise' were still engaging, there was too much time having to travel back and forth between screens. The game could have been completed in half the time if you didn't have to bring bits and pieces from one area back to another. Not as good as some of the free games, but still worth the small price.
