What’s New
Version 1.8.0
In this new version/update of our APP, two more languages are included in the audio guide, Basque and Galician.
And you can also enjoy the experience "What is not seen", an augmented reality project through which you can discover hidden corners that the Basilica hides such as the orchard of the summit, the roofs and the interior of the tower of the Virgin Mary.

Unnecessarily complicated

Not simple - you need to make this easier
If you already have tickets you have to select Buy Tickets then I Already Have Tickets. When you do this then you can enter your ticket reference and will give you the option to download the audio guide. But to do that you have to go back to the start and go to the Visit option at the bottom and then you’ll see in there that is where you can download the guides.
This was not explained and was very unclear.
Poorly Conceived
In the past, an audio guide was simply a device given to you on entry. Now my entire group was required to install an app on their phone. We wasted one hour unsuccessfully trying to get this to work on site, and so had to give up the possibility of an audio tour. To the developers: you are reducing the quality of experience by not having physical audio guides.
